Where am I at the minute

I don't mean this in the literal sense more with my business. I've finished the self study for the hypnobirthing course just have the zoom calls at the end of November and an assignment to write then I'll be qualified.

I'm now at a point where I'm ready to start pregnancy relaxation. I have found a room at Cantley community centre and my first course will start 6th November. Message me to book on £50 for 4 1 hour sessions. The session will start with an informative chat about pregnancy and birth, a little nugget of information to make your pregnancy/birth easier. We will then have a nice relaxation session, time for you to recharge and connect with your baby. At the end I will be available for any questions or support you need and tea/coffee and biscuits are available. I am a qualified midwife with 28 years experience so can help with most things a cheeky listen in to baby is available if you would like. I'm also mum of 3 incredible humans a role I have loved. They are adults now but I'm so proud to be there mum.

This is also a chance to meet other mums and build new friendships. I wish I'd had this when I was pregnant.

Once I'm a qualified hypnobirthing instructor I'll start the baby massage course, so when baby is here we can book your baby massage.

I'm also considering some new parent classes, practical things like nappy changes, breastfeeding, how to express, baby bathing etc. Let me know if you would be interested in this.

I am so excited to start this new chapter in my life and hopefully it will continue to evolve into a lovely community where I can help new mamas birth with confidence and positivity and then move confidently on to the next chapter of their lifes. I'm a good listener give great hugs when needed and I'm here to support you in this new exciting but often scary change to life. Looking forward to meeting you all. ❤️💗
